How do I get rid of this weird feeling?
Lately I have been uncontrollably angry. I feel really mad inside to the point where I want to break all the windows, or throw a glass plate at someone. I don't want to do anything I'll regret but I can't get rid of this weird feeling. Is it anxiety? Or depression? I don't even know, but how do I get rid of it? It's driving me crazy! I don't know what caused it either. I'm an artist and nobody cares about my art, my dad keeps favoring my sister, my mom keeps constantly making me do things for her every time I sit down to relax, I don't have anyone to talk to, It's amazingly hot here, my Mp3 player is broken and now i can't listen to music, I'm bored all day, I can't go anywhere like to the store or mall, I keep getting injuries to my hands and my family members keep making fun of me. I think I'm going psycho, does anyone know anything I could do to calm myself down and get rid of this anxiety/anger/craziness or whatever?
You need to forgive those who have hurt you and then God will turn it around. You are frustrated because nothing is going right but your attitude does not help.
If you start your day off with being joyful instead of being mad then you will not get so stressed out.
Even Psychiatrists will confirm to you that your moods can make or break a day. So think of some happy thoughts and stop with all the depressed and angry things.
Get happy and believe that God will handle the things you cannot do for yourself.
You have a chip on your shoulder and it is making trouble for you.
Stop it.
