why am i so hungry all the time?
I see people on this site writing what they eat in a day and some of them DON'T eat very much.
Personally, i would love it if i could just eat a nice 3 meals a day and dessert with tea, but i seem to be so hungry all the time i eat meals and snacks, and i don't understand why my appetite is so big.
I not overly active and don't exercise like crazy, but i am always on my feet and walk for about 2hours a day, and in my average day i eat:
(7am) Breakfast: porridge with fruit (a big bowl)
(11-12pm) Lunch: egg of ham sandwich
(4-4.30pm) Dinner: chicken stir-fry of big bowl of cereal if i can't be bothered. + dessert
But i also snack a lot on fruit or maybe a cereal bar or even a BIG bag of nuts and raisens if i can, and at night i'm constantly eating, and i couldn't live without jellies and chocolate.
I'm 8 stone, so i'm not fat. But should i be worried or am i eating wrong at meal times so they aren't lastingme?? or is it just a change in appetite?

Heres the deal.... Your probably not eating the right types of carbs and you should be eating 5-6 small meals a day.
You need to have complex carbs and not fast carbs like white bread. You should stick to wheat bread, brown rice, etc... It keeps you full longer. Also you should be having 5-6 smaller meals everyday, and yes that means every 2-3 hours.
