How is my meal plan for today?
Breakfast: Bowl of berries with probiotic yogurt.
Snack: An apple and a bowl of mixed fruits.
Lunch: A fruit smoothie.
Snack: A handful of nuts.
Dinner: A wonton soup with is like a thin broth with seafood.
I have done half an hours hula hooping and a 30 minute walk and I plan to do a yoga DVD later.
figure out how much protein all that has. depending on your weight, figure out how much protein you need a day, more is needed when exercising. and you have to add green veggies, they dont have as much sugar as fruit does (i know its good sugar, but its still sugar!) instead of the fruit smoothie for lunch, have a generous salad with spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, etc, with some oil/vinegrette dressing. that'll add to the 3-5 veggie servings a day
