Will a Dremel Diamond Point Set (#7150) work to put a hole about the size of a pen in a glass beaker/bottle?
I have a quick question. Will a Dremel Diamond Point Set (#7150) work to put a hole the size of a pen housing in a glass bottle or glass beaker? I cant have it break or crack. If this is possible, what will i need to do exactly if i do this? Will i need to submerge the beaker or bottle in water while drilling? and will a drill work for this or do i need a Dremel Kit/Tool?

The two different bits in the set should work fine for making the hole, the round ball for getting through the glass and the tapered point for cutting sideways. The beaker will generally be thinner than the bottle glass and thick bottle glass might be tedious. You will definitely want to drill wet to keep from cracking the glass (although a Pyrex beaker is less of a problem, since it expands less) and probably want to sink the glass in a basin so the drill point is just under the surface and the object resting on the bottom.
After you drill through, you will work sideways to open out the hole. If you remember how the dentist moves when working on your teeth, that might suggest your moves. Take it easy and let the drill do the work rather than applying a lot of pressure to speed the job. Wear eye protection.
